Remoulade Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Creole or whole grain mustard
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco hot sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients till well combined.
  2. Chill in refrigerator till ready to serve.

Notes

  1. You can always add some paprika for colour.
  2. You may want to double or triple the recipe if using as a dressing.
